This workshop focuses on how to stay grounded in your movement while truly interpreting the music. We’ll explore rhythm, accents, pauses, and musical phrasing, and how to translate what you hear into clear, controlled, and expressive movement without overdoing it.

2. Connection and Adaptability

In this workshop, we’ll work on building a strong, comfortable connection and learning how to adapt to your partner in real time. You’ll develop better listening skills as a leader and follower, improve responsiveness, and learn how to adjust smoothly to different energies, styles, and situations on the dance floor.
