Bachata acrobatics bootcamp with Jeremy & Demi.
This is a bootcamp for all dance couples/ duo's that would love to challenge themselves with tricks and partnering dance acrobatics. Normally we only train this with our showdancers, but this bootcamp is open for all dancers!

We will challenge you with lifts, teach you the technique of tricks, and keeping form-tention to make these fluid in a controlled setting.

We do NOT change partners in this bootcamp, you register as a duo/couple. 1 Ticket per duo/couple. Only 10 tickets available.

Costs: €60 per duo.

Extra info:
+ Clothing: spoty/ gym attire
+ Bring: Water, a small towel, a snack.
+Sports sneakers, socks (only flyers) or bare feet are all fine. Whatever has you feeling more secure.
+ Partner: Make sure one of the pair can easily lift the other and can do so multiple times.
+ Yes, you will have some muscle soreness the same/next day(s). It's pretty much a whole workout, but super fun!

FAQ - Ive participated before. Same actobatics as last time? short answer NO, although a lof of the same techniques in positioning, muscle use and momentum apply, we'll be keeping it fresh for everyone joining.

Bachata beginners? We're a bachata dance school, so we add bachata to the title, since we use these acrobatics in our bachata shows. But there will in fact be no bachata dancing at this bootcamp. Just the acrobatics.
