1. Service Purpose

wheretosabakiz.com is a platform for sharing and discovering salsa/bachata/kizomba and more events. All event data published on the site is public.

2. Organizer Payments

• Organizers may pay €24 per year to promote their events.
• Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card or billing data.
• If the website becomes permanently unavailable, organizers will receive a partial (pro‑rata) refund for the unused portion of their subscription.

3. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the site.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or to protect the integrity of the platform.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest changes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands.
